The final image shows the progression of the drawing from the initial shadow block-in through to rendering the form of the figure using careful gradations between light and shadow.  Maddy's favourite part of this drawing is the model's shoulder catching the light.
 
This drawing has been treated with a fixative spray, however charcoal is still prone to smudging so please take extra care.
